On the 22nd of March, two guest speakers from the mental health organisation Jigsaw came into the school. They talked to our year in the morning and it lasted a class. We were all sitting in room M and the woman began talking to us about what Jigsaw is about. They focus on youth and trying to make them aware that having bad mental health is normal and is not something to worry about as it can be easily helped and prevented. They said every person goes through some kind of mental illness in their lives. They offer support to 12-25 year olds around Ireland.
